The product itself was great and easy to use. The only downside was the beeping sound whenever you press on any options (on the touchscreen). Seller advised that this beeping sound cannot be switched off as it was a hardware feature, and it cannot be fixed by a software update. Seller has taken my feedback to their technical team to improve the device, so any future purchase of this product will have the option to switch off the sound.
Retrieving the data from the device requires installing their proprietary software on the PC, but it was easy to use. Software features are limited, but as long as I could export the data to CSV, I'm pretty happy with it. The link to download the software was provided via chat (and not on the device manual), so ask the seller for the download link.
